Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

After purchasing, your order will go out between 3 to 5 business days.

Tracking information will be provided on order more than $10.00. If you have not received your order after 5 business days, please contact us.

Defects or Damaged Items:

Please look over your order immediately after receiving shipment. Be sure to contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order if defects or damages are discovered.

Any defects detected after this time frame will be subjected to a restocking fee to be returned.

Cancellations:

If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations will only be completed during regular business hours. {M - F}. Cancellations requests received after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed and may still ship out. 

Exchanges:

Please contact us with any exchange requests. Original item must be unworn, free of stains or smells, and have original tags. Final Sale items cannot be exchanged. Exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase.

Returns:

Returns will be issued in the form of a digital gift card only. Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition, and free of stains or smells. All tags must be attached to original item and bags seals on accessories. Please include your packing slip and order number inside shipment box. Original Shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not offer free returns at this time, and you may email us regarding the return shipping address. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase.
